Tugboat Vape AE is a vape delivery service based in Dubai Marina. If you order between 10am and 11pm, any day of the week, your order normally reaches you in about an hour wherever you are in Dubai. Sharjah and Ajman take one to three hours, and the rest of the UAE gets it within 24 hours.
That is the short version. The rest of this page covers how it works, what it costs, which parts of the city we reach and what to do so the handover takes thirty seconds instead of ten minutes.
How vape delivery works
- Pick your products. Browse the online vape shop or message us on WhatsApp with what you want. If you are not sure, tell us what you smoked or vaped before and we will suggest something.
- Check out as a guest. No account, no saved card. Leave your name, a phone number that picks up and an address with a landmark or a dropped pin.
- We confirm and dispatch. A person checks the stock and confirms the order with you, usually within a few minutes.
- The rider calls before arriving. Meet them downstairs, at reception or at the gate. They may ask to see ID.
- Pay on arrival. Cash, or card on the rider's machine. You can also pay by bank transfer before dispatch.
Vape delivery times and cost
| Where | Delivery time | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Dubai | About 1 hour | Orders 10am to 11pm. Heavy traffic can add time and we will tell you if it does |
| Sharjah and Ajman | 1 to 3 hours | Same day |
| Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain | Within 24 hours | Confirm timing with us on WhatsApp |
Delivery is free on orders above AED 300. Below that there is a small fee, shown at checkout before you confirm anything. The price on the product page is the price you pay. We do not mark items up for delivery.
Where in Dubai we deliver
All of it. Some areas have their own page with handover tips that are specific to the neighbourhood:
- Dubai Marina, where our stock is based
- JBR and Bluewaters side
- Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT)
- Palm Jumeirah
- Al Barsha and Barsha Heights
- Business Bay
- Downtown Dubai
We also deliver to Jumeirah, Deira, Bur Dubai, Dubai Hills, Dubai Silicon Oasis, International City, Mirdif, Al Quoz, Dubai Sports City and everywhere else in between. If your area is not listed, it still counts. Send the pin on WhatsApp and we will confirm the timing.
Ordering in the evening
We take orders until 11pm every day of the week, including Fridays and Sundays. If it is 10:40pm and you need something, place the order and message us on WhatsApp to confirm it came through. We do not deliver after 11pm, so anything ordered after closing goes out when we reopen at 10am.
Vape delivery near me: what that means for an online shop
Searching "vape delivery near me" really asks one question: who can get it to me, quickly, without a trip? We do not run a walk-in store. Our stock sits in Dubai Marina and the riders do the travelling, which is why delivery is the whole business and not an add-on. For most of the city that means about an hour, and for the Marina and neighbouring towers it is often quicker.
Getting the handover right
- Add a landmark, tower name or dropped pin. A building name alone can match three buildings.
- Keep your phone on and unmuted around the expected time. The rider calls once before heading up.
- Have your Emirates ID or passport within reach. Riders can ask to confirm age on age-restricted orders.
- If you will not be home, tell us on WhatsApp and we will agree a new time instead of cancelling.
What we deliver
Disposable vapes from Elf Bar, Al Fakher, Vozol, Lost Mary and others. Pod systems and refill pods for daily vapers. E-liquids and nicotine salts. IQOS TEREA sticks and vape kits. Everything comes through an authorized UAE distributor and is checked against its authentication code before it is listed.
