Cash, card or bank transfer. Our riders carry a card machine, so paying by card at the door works exactly like paying in a physical shop. Bank transfer before dispatch is also fine if you'd rather pay ahead.

No. You can check out as a guest every time, and no card details are ever stored on this site — payment happens with the rider or by bank transfer, not through a saved card on file.

Yes — the price shown on the product page is what you pay, plus the delivery fee if your order is under the free-delivery threshold. There is no hidden markup for delivery orders.

Every device, pod and bottle of e-liquid is bought through the brand's authorized UAE distributor, and we check the batch or authentication code before it goes on the shelf. If a supplier can't prove a product is genuine, we simply don't stock it — however cheap it is.
