Tugboat Vape AE started with a frustration a lot of Dubai vapers will recognise: it's 10pm, your device just died or your favourite flavour ran out, and every nearby shop is either closed or hasn't got what you actually want in stock. Ordering online wasn't much better — long shipping waits, sellers who couldn't say where their stock came from, and no one to actually ask a question to. We built this shop to close that gap: real stock sitting in Dubai Marina, listed only when we genuinely have it, and a rider who can be at your door in about an hour.

A Vape Distributor Relationship You Can Actually Trace

Counterfeit vapes are a real problem in the UAE market, and the damage isn't limited to a worse flavour — it's an unverified coil and an unverified liquid going into something you inhale. So we buy every device and every bottle through the brand's authorized UAE distributor and check its batch or authentication code before it's added to stock. If a supplier can't prove a product is genuine, we don't carry it, no matter how cheap it is or how many people are asking for it. That's a slower, more expensive way to run a vape shop than sourcing from whoever's cheapest — and it's the only way we're willing to run one.

Delivery That Runs on Dubai Time

Dubai orders arrive in about an hour, any time between 10am and 11pm — Marina, JLT, Downtown, Deira, Business Bay, Al Barsha and everywhere between. Sharjah and Ajman are same-day, usually one to three hours, and the rest of the UAE — Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain — is covered within 24 hours. Delivery is free above AED 300, and you can pay by cash, card or bank transfer, whichever suits you.

Who We Serve

Most of our customers are Dubai residents and long-term expats who've already tried a few vape shops in the UAE and want one that doesn't waste their evening. Some are switching from cigarettes and just want a straightforward starting point rather than a wall of specifications.
